Yep, that's me. I'm standing outside the Centre Pompidou in Paris with my Parisian scarf that I bought from a boutique in Paris (I like Paris).

This is a really old picture of me playing the flute. Yeah... I play the flute!  It's fun sometimes.  Sometimes I want to sell my instrument to the 13 year old kid that's better than me.  But usually I'm all... "Believe in the beauty of your dreams."  And so, I keep practicing.

Speaking of being 13... this is one of my best friends in the whooooooooole world, Cynthia. We've known each other since we were about 13. And even though it kind of looks like it, we're actually not related!

Speaking of best friends, this is me and my other best friend in the whoooooole world, Whitney. We don't usually match but when we do, we take a picture and then eat at a Chinese buffet together. We kind of look related, too...!

Let's get back to talking about Paris, though. There's me with my ridiculously cute friend, Allison, who is a killer flute player.  But, the most important thing about this picture is my scarf which, I got in Paris.  

Those feet belong to my friend Sarah and me.  I'm brown foot and she's white foot.  Matching Birkenstocks!  The picture was taken during a pit orchestra rehearsal for the opera "Dialogues des Carmélites" by French composer, Francis Poulenc.  

And there's me in Italy eating food with my friend Jayme.  My smile is so big because all I'm thinking about is "this cappuccino is the combination of delicious coffee, sugar, and life." And, I have pastry stuffed in my cheek.   

And there's me with flute friends, before a Baylor Symphony Orchestra concert!
